LISTENING SESSION WITH OFFICE OF Graduate STUDIES (OGS) AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AND SCHOLAR SERVICES (ISSS) 

We know you have questions, concerns, or feedback you would like to share with the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) and the Office of Graduate Students (OGS). Both offices would be present to hear you out. A forum where you can be heard, seen, and supported. 

5 raffle tickets to win GSG ISO Swag materials are also available at the end of the session. Date and time will be announced on Daily Blast and via email. Be on the look-out.

Who is the ISO?

GSG elects an International Student Officer (ISO) each year who represents international graduate student concerns both at the Executive and Council levels.  

how can I get emergency funding?

There are a number of funds available for international graduate students through the Financial Aid Office, Dean of Students Office and also via GSG. If rejected, reach out to gsgiso@mines.edu for help.

do I need to file for membership?

No. All international graduate students are automatically part of the GSG and the International Graduate Community.

CAN I ATTEND COUNCIL MEETINGS?

Yes. Even though you may have a number of representatives for your department(s)/major(s) on the council, council meetings are public.

What activities can i participate in as an international graduate student?
